Amanda comes from a small town in Southwestern Virginia outside of Roanoke. This "Army Brat" grew up in the Philippines and Panama and believes that travel at such an early age brought about her passion to explore new places and meet all kinds of people.

After graduating Phi Beta Kappa from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theatre and Speech, Amanda spent a season at the renowned Barter Theatre in Abingdon, Virginia. Subsequently, she appeared in stage productions at Disney World in Orlando, Florida. From 1992-1994, she traveled across the United States with Southeastern Theatrical Productions musical theatre troupe. She is pleased and honored to have performed with the late Minnie Pearl ("How-dee") at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, Tennessee. Other notables she has performed with include Michael Bolton, Macy Gray and Ricky Martin.

Amanda is a veteran of cruise ships, having worked as an entertainer for The Yachts of Seabourn, Crystal Cruises, Royal Caribbean International, Norwegian Cruise Line, the “Big Red Boat” (Premier Cruise Lines) and Princess Cruises. This talented dynamo is a born crowd pleaser. Amanda makes you feel as if she’s singing every song just for you with a lovely honey-tinged voice. She communicates with the audience like an old friend.

In between stints on cruise ships, Amanda also entertains audiences in Southern California and the greater Los Angeles area. Her shows have been seen on stages from the famous Beverly Hills Hotel to San Diego’s historic Del Coronado.
